In an era of rapid change and evolving challenges, visionary leadership is essential to create inclusive and equitable opportunities for all. The AFBE-UK Leadership Talk series is proud to present Jason Arthur, CEO of Mission 44, in a session dedicated to “Reimagining the Future.”
Jason Arthur leads Mission 44, a charitable foundation established by Sir Lewis Hamilton to empower young people from underserved communities. With a background that spans teaching in East London and holding leadership roles at organizations such as Teach First, the #iwill campaign, and the Youth Futures Foundation, Jason has dedicated his career to addressing educational inequality and promoting social mobility. His experience as a senior local councillor in London further underscores his commitment to public service and systemic change. Jason holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Oxford and a Master’s in Education from the University of Cambridge.
In this thought-provoking session, Jason will explore:
- Strategies for leading organizations that drive meaningful social impact.
- Approaches to dismantling barriers and creating equitable opportunities in education and employment.
- Insights into building a society where young people, regardless of background, can succeed and thrive.
Whether you’re a current leader, aspiring to lead, or passionate about social change, this event offers valuable perspectives on shaping a more inclusive future.
